How to Request Account Deletion

Tag Pals and Bezelex Consulting respect your right to delete your data. To request that your Tag Pals account and all associated data be permanently deleted, follow these steps.

Step 1: Send an email

Email us at info@bezelexconsulting.com with:

• Subject line: Delete my Tag Pals account
• Body: Include the email address associated with your Tag Pals account
• Request: State that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data

Step 2: Confirmation

We will confirm receipt of your request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What We Delete

When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:

• Your account (email, display name, phone number)
• Your profile picture
• All NFC tag data (item names, descriptions, photos, contact information, instructions)
• All stored data associated with your account

What We Do Not Keep

After deletion is complete, we do not retain your personal information, your tag or item data, or any backups of your account data (beyond standard backup retention, typically 30 days).

Processing Time

• Confirmation: Within 3 business days
• Deletion: Within 30 days of your request
• Backup purge: Any remaining backup copies are purged according to our backup retention policy (typically within 90 days)
